You can make all your orders on our website 24/7. All orders are shipped within 1-2 days. After your order, a notification will be sent to your e-mail address registered in the system with the details of your order.

When you want to cancel any order, you can cancel the order by informing the number of the order and your cancellation request to the info@gravity81.com e-mail address. If your order has been shipped, unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order.

After the cancellation of your order, your bank will be instructed to refund the price. Depending on your bank, the product price is transferred to your credit card within 1-10 business days following the instruction.
